About the Role
Are you ready to make a splash? As a lifeguard at our vibrant Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic and safe experience. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to guest safety will shine as you monitor the pool and flumes, providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.
In this dynamic position, you’ll not only safeguard our guests but also promote and organize exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories while prioritizing safety.
Typical working hours: This full-time role covers 35 hours per week, spanning 5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Monitor the pool area during busy periods, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all.
* Engage with guests, providing top-notch customer service.
* Promote and organize fun poolside activities.
* Work both as part of a fantastic team and independently when needed.
Requirements:
* Must be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail.
* A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
* Aged 18 or over.
