Responsibilities
* Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Support independence with dignity and respect.
* Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
* Meal preparation.
* Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.
* Light household duties.
* Social outings, go for a cuppa and a walk around the shops.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Driver with access to own car.
* Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided)
* A caring and friendly nature.
* A non judgemental approach to care.
* Patience (you may have to listen to the same story numerous times).
Further Information
