Due to internal progression, we are looking to recruit an experienced Tyre Technician to join our Aftersales Team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.

About the Role
As a Tyre Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring every Mercedes-Benz vehicle leaving our site meets the highest possible safety and quality standards. You'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing tyres on both customer and stock vehicles. You'll also support wider elements of our vehicle preparation process when required, including number plate fitting and site presentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspecting and assessing tyre wear and damage.
2. Replacing, repairing, and balancing tyres to manufacturer standards.
3. Four wheel alignment - (Training Provided)
4. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
5. Maintaining accurate job records in line with Sytner and Audi standards.
6. Supporting vehicle preparation and presentation across the site when required.
About you
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a willingness to work efficiently as an individual and within the team of technicians, achieving the targets and completing your work to a high standard while following procedures efficiently. For the right candidate, training will be provided to support with the completion of wheel repairs and using a diamond cut lathe in order to support further professional progression.
You must hold a clean driving licence and be able to demonstrate an ability to work on the latest technology in a challenging environment and be able to produce excellent quality work.
