Role
The Order to Cash (O2C) Order and Partner Management team enables global order processing, invoicing, revenue reporting and forecasting, and financial audit capabilities. We are seeking an experienced, self-directed Order and Partner Manager to support ProServe operations.
What you will do
Manage daily operations for AWS contract enablement and external partner relationships, oversee subcontracting policy governance, support field teams in agreement creation, and track and process operational requests. Troubleshoot issues, maintain Salesforce article documentation, provide audit support, report program metrics to business stakeholders, and drive process automation and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include owning project accounting setup for Professional Services (primarily Europe, with extended support to NAMER), providing day-to-day stakeholder support, evaluating solutions for quality and scalability, reconciling customer and partner accounts affecting budgets and forecasts, facilitating scoping meetings, designing training materials, developing scalable content, monitoring organizational effectiveness, implementing continuous improvements across O2C, sales, and program management, and developing reporting mechanisms and dashboards to monitor KPI data.
Collaborate with global counterparts and system teams to optimize processes through analysis and automation, and recommend system improvements.

Required qualifications
* Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
* Experience working within a high-growth technology company
* Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
* 3+ years managing subcontracting operations and reviewing Statement of Work agreements within a Professional Services or staffing organization
