19. We can offer sessions from Monday to Friday - 07:30am or 08:00am to15:30pm/ 1600pm and14:00pm - 22:00pm
20. Weekends 08:30-17:00
21. At least 1 in every 3 but may be less depending on the location
22. 5 appointments per day

Your Role:
As a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, you will provide high-quality, effective, and safe remote counselling to Bupa customers over the short, medium, or longer term. You will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, liaising daily with internal and external services, organisations, and safeguarding agencies.
Responsibilities:
23. Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
24. Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions.
25. Offer different models of service delivery, including face to face sessions
26. Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team.
27. Follow sessional limits based on the client’s company benefits.
28. Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
29. Offer ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching.
30. Conduct one-off assessments and referral recommendations.
31. Deliver group psychoeducation, raise mental health awareness, and promote mental wellbeing through remote presentations, workshops, and training.
32. Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa’s service policies and procedures.
33. Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
34. Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences.
Qualifications:
Essential:
35. BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists
36. NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants
37. UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellors/Psychotherapists
Desirable:
38. Training in incident support.
39. Corporate experience and business understanding.
Key Skills & Experience:
40. General adult mental health specialism experience.
41. Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.
42. Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritise workload within demanding time scales.
43. Proven customer service and client liaison experience.
44. Excellent clinical knowledge application.
45. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
46. Professional and personal drive.
47. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient.
48. Rapid and decisive response capability.
49. Excellent team player.
50. Strong problem-solving skills.
51. Experience managing own caseload and working towards individual targets and outcomes.
