Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality classroom support, helping students to engage positively with learning and develop both academically and personally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students within classroom lessons across a range of subjects
* Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions where required
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
* Supporting students with additional learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
* Supporting safeguarding and wellbeing procedures in line with school policies
Candidate Requirements:
