Are you an experienced Industrial Electrical Engineer? If so, there is a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a pioneering Biopharmaceutical organisation in West Sussex. This is a permanent position, paying a competitive salary (will be discussed on application) depending on your experience.

The Role
You will be part of a small to medium size Engineering team and completing electrical engineering tasks and projects according to SOPs whilst following GMP guidelines. You will carry out duties including electrical installation, installation of data & communications systems, PAT testing, maintaining electrical stores, responding quickly to breakdowns and carrying out repairs across the site. You will support new product launches and clinical trial materials as well as completing relevant documentation and ensure validation is completed to appropriate standards. The company is looking into automation so there would be lots of other exciting future projects.

Experience
The successful candidate will ideally have relevant engineering qualification or have served a formal engineering apprenticeship paired with industrial engineering experience. Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or highly regulated environment would be a strong advantage though candidates from other industries will also be considered. If you have experience in HV switching that would also be advantageous.
You must be hard working and enjoy being a team member, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
