An innovative B2C online travel platform, specialising in hotel upgrades, is seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Hotel Partnerships Manager. The role involves growing and managing a curated portfolio of hotel partners, identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK market and beyond, pitching the platform model, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. This position blends sales, relationship management, and creative deal-making, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities Research and target new hotel opportunities to expand the curated collection. Pitch the business model to prospective partners via email, phone, and video calls. Negotiate favourable commercial terms that balance member value with partner objectives. Develop tailored value propositions for each property. Maintain and progress a robust partnership pipeline. Adapt presentations and proposals to suit various hotel stakeholders. Lead outbound sales campaigns to generate interest and close deals. Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth partner onboarding. Requirements

Skills:

Knowdge of sales and targets monthly in the hospitality industry. Native-level or excellent English proficiency. Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills. Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of value creation. Skilled negotiator able to establish win-win agreements. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt approaches for different hotel profiles. Experience: University degree. Knowledge of the hotel and travel sector, including distribution models and market dynamics. Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within an online or tech-driven business.
