They are currently recruiting several Estates Facilities Technicians to work on maintenance and general duties around the School .
Their stunning estate covers 120 acres, including housing, retail, and light industrial properties, 56 acres of playing fields, and 75 buildings 23 of which are listed. Youll play a vital role in maintaining and protecting this unique and historic environment.
The Estates Facilities Technician Role:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspections on emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke detectors, evacuation alarms, ventilation units, and water systems.
Use a system to log and update jobs, complete minor remedial works, and escalate issues where necessary.
Support the wider maintenance team and external contractors, always working safely and in line with risk assessments.
