Mortgage Advisor - Self Employed - Airdrie
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business based in Airdie.
The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.
The business is extremely busy and has an abundance of leads from both introducers and their marketing activities.
The firm are now looking for experienced Advisors with CAS who needs a regular and reliable lead source.
The role is Self Employed with Leads Provided with the possibility of a pipeline guarantee payable in the early months.
The splits are circa 50% on leads provided and around 70% on self gen (depending on the advisor)
There is no monthly fee payable by the advisor
The firm are a solid firm with no false promises around leads that don't materialise.
The role is self employed with £65,000 + earnings achievable for the very best and much more.
We are happy with either Hybrid working or fully office based or even remote once established but ideally would be based around the Glasgow / Edinburgh region.
We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience.
