YOUR MISSIONS Working closely with client business teams, you as a Senior Workday Consultant will lead functional areas, drive scope, define solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of Workday solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Workday Consultant at HR Path, you will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs. You will also coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities. You can be involved in all phases of a Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to post-implementation support, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, and Trainer. Your participation in projects can lead to the development and enhancement of our service offerings to grow our business. A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to client sites or attend global events. YOUR PROFILE Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management. Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients. Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations. Translate client requirements into configuration options. Advise clients on solution evolution relevant to their implementation. Experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training. Ability to lead requirement workshops, prepare documentation, and present solutions effectively. Follow Workday methodology to ensure modules are tailored to client needs. Team-oriented with a positive attitude, capable of leading and supporting project teams. Lead design workshops and ensure high-quality service delivery. Participate in sales activities and contribute to project estimates. Effective task prioritization and time management skills. Work independently and supervise others as needed. Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus. Experience in completing at least 10 Workday project lifecycles is preferred. Workday Core HCM certification is required.
