Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritise your own caseload, delivering high-quality work and tailored planning advice to clients. Prepare and manage planning applications, site reviews, and supporting documentation for a range of development projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes. Lead negotiations and represent clients at meetings, consultations, and discussions with key stakeholders. Support and mentor junior team members, including guiding colleagues through the APC process. About you: MRTPI qualified or nearing submission. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using IT systems.
