Duration: 6–8 Months Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am – 6pm Rotation: Occasional weekend work may be required Overview: Corrie Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager / Supervisor to join an existing project team on a contract in the North East of Scotland. This position would suit someone with a strong civil engineering background, particularly in reinforced concrete structures, and experience working within Oil & Gas site environments would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise site operations, labour, and subcontractors * Oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete works * Ensure compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality) standards * Review drawings, monitor progress, and report regularly to senior management * Liaise with clients and representatives to ensure clear communication and project alignment * Maintain accurate site records and manage daily reporting Requirements: * Proven management experience on civil engineering projects * Strong background in reinforced concrete * Previous experience within Oil & Gas or industrial environments preferred * Valid CSCS card, SMSTS / SSSTS, and First Aid certification * Strong organisational and leadership skills * Ability to work effectively as part of an established site team Package Includes: * Competitive hourly or day rate * PAYE or self-employed engagement available To apply or find out more information please email your fully up-to-date CV or call the office on (phone number removed).
