We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team in Heywood, who's primary responsibility is to maximising the weekly, monthly and annual performance of the Argos contract, by providing leadership, a focus on customer requirements, effective operational performance, a motivated workforce and succession planning. The key responsibilities in this role include; Managing day to day operational activities to fulfil customer requirements OTIF to specification. Monitor agreed resource level across site(s) in line with budgets, and productivity targets. Engage with Union to facilitate collaboration between management and colleagues throughout the operation to deliver the goals. Ensure effective communication processes are established for both internal and external customers. Work closely with H&S and other members of leadership team to ensure all standards of the operation are followed.
