Client Support Role Sevenoaks | £35,000£40,000 | Office Based | MondayFriday 95pm A growing and ambitious business is looking for an organised and proactive Client Support professional to become the vital link between clients, introducers and the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations managing enquiries, supporting sales activity and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service from first contact through to delivery. About the role This role will act as the central hub of client communication and internal coordination, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and opportunities are supported from start to finish. Responsibilities will include: Managing incoming client enquiries and responding to questions Acting as the first point of contact for client communication Liaising with introducers and maintaining strong professional relationships Providing sales support for incoming opportunities Booking appointments and coordinating appointments Managing and organising the inbox to ensure nothing is missed. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring strong administrative processes This position offers a varied and engaging workload where no two days will be the same.
