About the role This role will act as the central hub of client communication and internal coordination, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and opportunities are supported from start to finish. Responsibilities will include: Managing incoming client enquiries and responding to questions Acting as the first point of contact for client communication Liaising with introducers and maintaining strong professional relationships Providing sales support for incoming opportunities Booking appointments and coordinating appointments Managing and organising the inbox to ensure nothing is missed. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring strong administrative processes This position offers a varied and engaging workload where no two days will be the same.
