The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners across the Year 4 curriculum
*
Build on prior learning to develop pupils’ independence and critical thinking skills
*
Use assessment data effectively to monitor progress and tailor teaching
*
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates and supports all pupils
*
Collaborate closely with your year group partner and wider staff team to ensure consistency and share best practice
*
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4
*
A deep understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and progression from lower Key Stage 2
*
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
*
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a reflective approach to teaching
*
Commitment to inclusive education and supporting every child’s development
