Role Description
The Sales Negotiator role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in our Maidstone office. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property sales, conducting property viewings, generating leads, and negotiating deals to achieve the best results. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales is preferred, with an understanding of property market dynamics
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
* Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management
* Ability to work on‑site in Maidstone and collaborate effectively within a team environment
* Confidence, professionalism, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
* Knowledge of local property markets is advantageous
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
