The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
* Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated areas.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations.
* Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning standards.
* Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Liaise with management and clients to address any issues or special requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning schedules, and incidents.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good understanding of COSHH and health & safety practices.
* Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude.
* Basic IT skills for reporting and scheduling.
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, birth certificate or a valid share code.
