The successful candidate will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, managing applications, and coordinating interviews. This role is key in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process Scheduling and coordinating interviews Maintaining accurate records and updating the recruitment tracker Liaising with recruitment agencies and managing job postings Ideal candidate profile: Previous administrative experience (experience in recruitment is advantageous) Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Clear and confident communicator, capable of handling multiple tasks A team player with a proactive and friendly approach Applications will only be considered from candidates who are immediately available and able to commit to the full 3-month duration.
