Estate Caretaker Pertemps is looking for a temporary full-time caretaker for their client based in the south of Telford, initially for around two months may extend longer. You will need to make sure that the estate is maintained to a high standard, is clean and free from rubbish, graffiti, weeds and anything that would impact on resident’s enjoyment of the area. To ensure residential blocks are clean and compliant with Health and Safety to carry out routine communal services, cleaning, minor repairs, inspections and building safety checks across the village (including community spaces/buildings). Ensuring community spaces/buildings are set up for bookings, including opening and closing the building outside of normal hours (evenings and weekends).
