Are you a fluent Spanish speaker and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with one of the world’s leading insurance brokers? Gallagher is looking for a talented individual to be trained as Finance Analyst (Reconciliations and Investigations) and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts across industries such as Marine, Art & Specie, Energy, Construction, Financial Risks, and Property & Casualty. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. How you'll make an impact Investigate unallocated cash by working closely with brokers and clients. Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Manage high volumes of queries and resolve urgent issues efficiently. Provide detailed commentary on aged debt reports and escalate issues when necessary. Perform root cause analysis to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. Reconcile client statements and ensure compliance with Gallagher’s policies and regulations. About You Fluent Spanish speaker. Ideally with experience finance, either in purchase ledger, cash allocations, or accounts receivables (not essential). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve root causes. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. We will also be flexible on the above requirements for a fluent Spanish speaker. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges. Eligibility to work in the UK.
