Due to our continued growth Succession now have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Support Engineer to join our IT team and provide outstanding support for our XPLAN/ Connect system.
About The Role
As a Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for system queries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience. You’ll work closely with IT leadership, stakeholders, and suppliers to manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and respond to queries via the Connect support ticketing system and inbox.
2. Build and code Model Office templates (Microsoft Word).
3. Assist with data migration testing and liaise with providers and stakeholders.
