Job Title: Part Time Administrator


Location: Taunton, Somerset (Town centre location)


Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time - 30 hours over 4 days (Tuesdays essential, flexible on other days)


Salary: Up to £14 per hour

Responsibilities:
As the Administrator, you will:



5. Act as the first point of contact for client and healthcare professional enquiries via phone, email, and web.

6. Manage client onboarding, progress tracking, and offboarding using the client management system.

7. Coordinate initial consultations, process payments, and issue contracts.

8. Handle requests for room bookings.

9. Administer invoicing and payments for clients and healthcare professionals using finance systems.

10. Support onboarding of new healthcare professionals and placements.

11. Maintain accurate documentation and digital tools to ensure smooth operations.

12. Attend weekly operational and quarterly meetings.

13. Oversee office supplies and room maintenance checks.

14. Provide administrative support to the Client Manager and Directors as needed.



Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you should possess:



15. A passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service

16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAGE is highly desirable

17. Strong verbal and written communication skills

18. A proactive and flexible approach to administrative tasks

19. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
