Adoption Central England (ACE) is dedicated to ensuring that children, young people and adoptive families receive the highest quality support. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional executive support to our Head of Service, playing a key role in helping our Regional Adoption Agency operate smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our core values.
About the Role
As the PA to the Head of Service, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and maintain confidentiality will be vital as you support strategic and operational work across the service.
You will manage a busy and complex diary, coordinate meetings, prepare high‑quality briefings and reports, and ensure the Head of Service has the information and support needed to deliver positive outcomes for our senior leadership team, partner local authorities, and key stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced role where you will support governance arrangements and contribute to maintaining a culture that places the needs of children, young people, and adoptive families at the heart of practice.
