Offer | £50,000 – £75,000 per annum
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing property team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering high-quality work and a supportive, professional environment.
The role will see you handling a broad range of commercial property matters, with the opportunity to take ownership of files while working closely with experienced colleagues. The firm places a strong emphasis on quality over volume, client relationships, and long-term development.

Typical duties would include:
* Acting on commercial property acquisitions and disposals
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
* Managing property due diligence and reporting
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
* Running files from instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client care
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified as a solicitor with 3–8 years PQE in commercial property
* Confident managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
* Organised, detail-orientated, and commercially aware
* A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
