The Role:
The Front of House Manager will oversee all guest-facing departments, ensuring seamless service delivery from arrival to departure. You’ll set the tone for hospitality standards and lead teams that deliver warm, confident, and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Front Office, Guest Relations, and Porterage
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of FOH teams
• Drive service excellence and brand standards
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Operations
• Support pre-opening setup, systems, and training
About You
• Experience in a Front of House leadership role within luxury hospitality
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Confident, polished, and guest-focused leadership style
• Experience supporting pre-opening projects desirable
