Embrace the chance to become our new People Business Partner on a 6 month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. You’ll help steer us towards becoming the UK's best housing provider. With full responsibility for partnering the fast-paced and forward-thinking Customer Experience directorate, you’ll collaborate with our leaders to execute their people strategies, giving expert HR advice every step of the way.

This role isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about shaping the future of our organisation. As our People Business Partner supporting our Customer Experience directorate, you’ll be the bridge between our People function and your business area.


What’s in it for you…

We offer an excellent salary of £57,000 per annum for a 35-hour week plus 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays. This is a minimum 6‑month fixed‑term contract; exact duration will depend on start date.

So, what do we need from you?

* Track record of partnering with senior leaders, navigating change like a pro.
* Experience handling ER matters from disciplinary actions to restructuring.
* Proficiency with people data; turn numbers into insights that drive decisions.
* Support development of People and Culture advisors and apprentices; direct line management for 2.
* Collaborative attitude and passion for getting the job done.
* Ability to drive business conversation around performance metrics.
* Champion talent and succession planning for colleagues.
* Build trust rapidly.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
* Make decisions, actions, and meet deadlines.
* Craft precise reports.
* Passion for coaching, developing, and supporting colleagues.
* Confidence in planning and controlling project work.
