£27,750 per annum + monthly service charge payment

The Role
Working in our beautiful Lounges and outside Terraces, when the weather permits, you will be responsible for the service of afternoon tea, and other food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local visitors. Candidates will be working on a shift pattern across 5 days including weekends, with shifts starting at 9am/9.30am and finishing 6pm/6.30pm, 42.5 hrs per week.
Main Duties of the Afternoon Tea Supervisor include;
* Ensuring the lounges and terraces (during fine weather) are prepared for service and are always presentable and welcoming
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Taking guest orders
* Coaching employees to develop their skills and ensure service standards are met
* Serving food and beverage including alcoholic beverages
* Completing satisfaction checks and action all feedback
* Resolving any service issues
* Presenting bills to guests and taking payment
* Ensuring the lounge/terraces are cleared/reset at the end of the shift ready for the next service
* Ensuring work area is clean and tidy before closing

Requirements;
* Smart appearance
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service
* Supervisory experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required
* Ability to manage and motivate a team of waiters/esses to ensure excellence
* Must have your own transport due to our location and the shift work required for this role
