Whats on Offer Full-time, permanent role based at the London kitchen office Regular hours with some flexibility during peak periods Real opportunities for growth within a high-performance, people-first team Exposure to VIP clients and premium hospitality operations The Role As a Customer Service & Concierge Agent, you'll support UK clients and assist with operations across Europe, ensuring seamless service and managing time-sensitive luxury requests.
