Expediting Back of House/Pass Managers
1. Ensure seamless kitchen operations and timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
2. Coordinate with chefs and waitstaff to maintain efficiency and excellence.
Floor Managers
3. Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
4. Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service.
Bar Managers
5. Manage bar operations, from inventory to customer service.
6. Create an inviting atmosphere and craft memorable experiences for our guests.
7. Have a personal license? Even better!
Location: Manchester and opportunities to work at major events and venues in the UK!
Pay: £13.50 - £20 per hour depending on experience and role level

What We’re Looking For:
13. Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
14. Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
15. Friendly, reliable, and a team player
16. Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
17. A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
18. Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
19. Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
20. Keeping queues moving and spirits high
21. Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
