Residential Support Worker - Medical & Healthcare Graduates
Location: PrestonSalary: up to £32,000Hours: 40 hours (full-time)
We are recruiting Residential Support Worker for our specialist children's home, which is closely connected to a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. This is an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to support young people with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and complex care requirements.

Your background in healthcare or medical studies provides you with valuable skills in communication, care, and emotional support-all of which are vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people
* Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and therapeutic activities
* Supporting emotional, social, and physical wellbeing
* Helping young people develop independence and life skills
* Administering or assisting with medication (training provided)
* Working closely with the SEN school staff, healthcare professionals, and families
* Keeping accurate records and care documentation
