Job Purpose
The successful candidate will have strong, relevant experience across all areas of Employment Tax, playing a key role nationally, locally, and in strategic markets. You will have a curiosity to grow the Forvis Mazars Employment Tax service line and seek new opportunities to shape our offerings both now and in the future.
You will receive continued support in growing your career and will be actively involved in shaping the Employment Tax business, through team structure, focus, and technology.
You will be a crucial, valued individual with many opportunities to learn and grow at Forvis Mazars.
Role & Responsibilities
* Be a lead internal and external contact
* Build relationships across the business and improve awareness of our Employment Tax Reward services
* Work with Strategic Markets to develop go-to-market strategies
* Coordinate with other team members to work collaboratively
* Train junior team members, including Graduate and School Leaver colleagues
* Develop internal networks to support our clients
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Holds relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA) and has relevant experience
* Demonstrates strong technical knowledge in Employment Tax areas
* Ability to build good internal and external relationships
* Experience managing projects and supporting long-term client relationships
* Good presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal and client handling skills
* Performance management experience
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Interest in building business development skills and developing opportunities locally, nationally, and strategically
