About this role Join our Global Finance team as an Order to Cash (O2C) Accountant dedicated to our Italian market. Reporting to the O2C Team Lead, you will be the key contact for operational finance areas relating to our restaurant partners. We are looking for an ambitious individual who embodies our values to Lead by driving excellence, Deliver through ownership of partner accounts, and Care by supporting the wider team. These are some of the key components to the position: Manage the Change of Restaurant Details (CORDs) process to ensure accurate partner data and secure payments. Process bank forms within our two-day Service Level Agreement (SLA) while maintaining precise documentation. Collaborate with the team to manage the weekly payment holds list and ensure timely Wednesday payment runs. Resolve returned payments by investigating issues and obtaining corrected details from restaurant partners. Calculate complex split payments accurately during partner changes in ownership. Proactively follow up on held payments to minimize volume and improve financial flow for our partners. Provide professional support for internal and external queries across all departments. What will you bring to the team? Fluency in the Italian language is essential for this role. Previous experience working within a finance environment. Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and professional written style. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing financial data. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and a "can-do" attitude toward problem-solving. The ability to use initiative to find solutions and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset, keen to work as a team player within the wider business.
