We are seeking a passionate Media Insight Manager with an inquisitive and innovative mindset to join our Marketing Effectiveness, Analytics and Brand Performance team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, media buying processes, and media research and insights. They will understand the role and application of evaluation methods, analytics and research (e.g. econometrics and brand tracking) in media planning and reporting, along with excellent stakeholder management and storytelling abilities.
This role is part of our Marketing Effectiveness, Analytics, and Brand Performance team. The team is responsible for assessing the performance of our brand and communications. We provide strategic direction to the business on improving and optimizing communication plans to enhance brand growth. Additionally, we handle executive reporting, delivering regular performance updates to the Executive Committee and Board to inform the strategic direction and planning of our brand and marketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing
Every day is different for us as the brand and communication plans evolve. As a Media Insight Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape.
* Analyse and interpret media data to provide actionable insights.
* Evaluate proposed media plans and provide strategic feedback to maximise campaign effectiveness.
* Conduct media research and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Apply econometric model outputs as insights in storytelling to help optimise media performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored insights.
* Create compelling stories and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in media strategies.
* Solve complex problems and provide strategic recommendations.
