Produce Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for an exceptional individual who loves food and works well in a busy customer facing environment. As a produce customer service assistant, you will work as part of our greengrocery team which involves providing an excellent customer service experience whilst on the shopfloor, making sure impeccable replenishment is carried out and the ability to work efficiently as a team with your colleagues to ensure stock rotation it swift and professional.
Responsibilities include:
· Delivering excellent customer service in the produce department- answering queries and assisting customers with different items in the department.
· Keeping up with high standards of replenishment-rotating stock to ensure the best quality.
· The ability to work efficiently as a team when building pallets of stock and ensure the best quality is put out on the shop floor.
· Ensuring prices and relevant info is updated
· Liaising with managers and team members to create eye catching displays
· General housekeeping-ensuring the department is cleaned and tidied regularly
· High standards of food, health and safety procedures followed at all times.
Working Days - Monday, Thursday, Saturday. Approximately 25 hours
Job Type: Part-time
