We’re hiring: Conference Production Manager

Hemming Group is seeking a Conference Production Manager to lead the strategic development of content across our growing portfolio of conferences, exhibitions, webinars and roundtables.
With over 100 years of heritage in B2B media, we connect industries through market-leading events and content. This is a high-impact role for a commercially aware content professional who can shape compelling programmes, influence stakeholders, and drive performance across multiple event brands.
The role:
* Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing conference production team
* Develop commercially compelling agendas aligned to market needs and trends
* Secure and manage senior, high-profile industry speakers
* Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, sales and operations
* Drive innovation in event formats, content delivery and audience engagement
* Ensure delivery against KPIs, timelines and revenue objectives
About you:
* Proven experience in B2B conference production
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to align content with revenue goals
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and copywriting skills
* Highly organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple projects
* Experience working with digital content platforms/CMS is advantageous
* A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering best-in-class events
