Job Title: Customer Team Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
* Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage stock levels and maintain a high level of store appearance
* Support the Store Manager with opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to lead and motivate a team of colleagues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with point of sale systems
