We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Senior Farm Administrator at Castle Farm Vets.
Location: To be based at our Malton site
Contract: Permanent
Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week minimum - we are open to discussing this
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, with the occasional cover of the Selby branch on a Saturday
About Castle Farm Vets Malton: Castle Farm Vets Malton is a busy, growing practice with a passion for preventative healthcare planning across all varieties of UK Agriculture. We are a small team of driven and motivated individuals who are all keen to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
We are looking for a Senior Administrator who is able to channel that enthusiasm and ensure that we remain organised, efficient and on track in everything that we do.

About CVS

About the Role
Day‑to‑day duties of the role will include, but not limited to:
* Being responsible for Payroll, Month End, Debt Management
* Creating and managing the rota and shifts for the team
* Making sure the practice is up to date and compliant with H&S procedures
* Handling the day‑to‑day running of the practice
What we're looking for
* Previous Administration experience is desirable, farm animal experience is a bonus!
* An excellent communicator with strong empathy
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
* A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
