Floor Manager - Grantley, Ripon

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day floor operations to guarantee smooth service
* Train and lead front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
* Manage reservations, seating plans, and customer inquiries
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
* Maintain uniform standards.

* Experience at a supervisory level within a similar hospitality setting
* To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values
* An ability to listen and successfully relay your own ideas and opinions
* To lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism

* To embody the highest standards of hospitality and service delivery
* Superior levels of product knowledge
* A basic level of financial awareness, cost control and payroll management
