You will optimise workflows, improve data integrity, and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. Client Details A professional services business in London who are looking for a CRM, marketing automation expert Description Own day-to-day operations of Marketo and optimise workflows. Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, and alerts to support revenue goals. Collaborate with Operations to ensure Salesforce-Marketo data integrity. Implement A/B testing and campaign optimisation strategies. Support Account-Based Marketing pilots and personalised campaigns. Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders. Own the lead management process within marketo & salesforceProfile Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. Experience with segmentation and dynamic content. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
