To support the development and maintenance of digital tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Key Tasks & Responsibillities
1. Assist in the development of digital applications and automation flows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
2. Configure and administer SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions to support business processes and digital solutions.
3. Support the integration of applications with business data sources, APIs, and databases.
4. Participate in testing, debugging, and refining digital tools to ensure reliability and usability.
5. Learn and apply coding principles to support development tasks and troubleshoot issues.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required:
6. Basic Coding Literacy – Ability to read and understand code logic (e.g. variables, functions, conditions) to support troubleshooting and development.
7. Power Platform Skills – Competent knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate to build apps and automate workflows.
8. SharePoint Administration – Ability to configure and manage SharePoint environments to support digital solutions.
9. Problem Solving – Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
10. Communication – Clear and confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
