We are seeking a passionate individual with excellent communication and people skills to join our team at Home Instead, a CQC Outstanding home providing dementia support and home care in Stokesley and surrounding areas.
Imagine helping Betty in the mornings to get ready and visiting her in the evenings to ensure she is settled and her house is secure. Your consistent hours could make the difference between Betty living independently or needing full-time care in a care home.
The role of a CAREGiver offers immeasurable satisfaction, as you make a real difference in an older person’s life by enabling them to stay in their own home, where they feel safest.
Responsibilities:
1. Care for the same client consistently each week.
2. Provide minimum 1-hour visits each time.
3. Maintain consistent working hours weekly, with no rota waiting.
4. No experience necessary; full training provided.
5. Offer flexible hours based on your availability.
6. Starting rate of £13.00 per hour, up to £20.00 per hour.
