Executive Communications Manager\n\n12 month contract\n\nHybrid role - Manchester/Remote\n\nSRG are partnered with a leading client within the Agriculture industry to source an Executive Communications Manager to support the business for a 12 month contract. They are seeking a well-rounded communications professional, with a strategic mindset who enjoys project management and partnering with different stakeholders across a global organization to develop impactful communications. This role will involve supporting the strategic internal and external communications for the company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as the delivery of organization's employee engagement operations and programs.\n\nKey accountabilities of the role include: \n\nAssisting the Global Communications Business Partner with managing key strategic projects, such as executive positioning (media events, social media, town halls etc.) and quarterly financial reporting, as well as supporting Group-wide employee engagement activities.\nDesign, develop, and craft executive presentations, letters, video messages, & social media posts, briefings, and other supporting material for external and internal communications\nCollect and analyze relevant information and develop concise and comprehensive messages that are easy to understand, succinct and memorable for various stakeholders.\nTransform business topics into engaging, creative and meaningful communications using a variety of tools and channels, e.g.
presentations, articles, videos, infographics, social media, etc.\nCollaborate across international, cross-functional teams to coordinate integrated communications approaches around initiatives and events, e.g. social media and digital communications, internal communications\nSupport global virtual events, webinar set-up and hostingKey knowledge and/or experience needed\n\nA minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in communications, public affairs, or in a public relations agency.\nProven experience in dealing with information that is confidential prior to publication.\nUniversity diploma in communications, journalist, public affairs, marketing or comparable degree\nHigh level of strategic and holistic thinking as well as tactical delivery\nHigh level of creativity and the ability to transform scientific and business topics into powerful and meaningful communications\nGood understanding of the global communication environment - being able to work in a cross-cultural team\nUnderstanding of communication tools, analysis and metrics, and knowledge in terms of execution\nFully competent in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Forms, Outlook, VivaEngage, Teams) and is confident using Zoom call and Webinar functionality\nHigh level of networking and communications skills\nEmpathetic, open-minded personality, who enjoys working in a multicultural team\nFlexible, fast-paced and adaptive working style, with an eye for quality\nExcellent English skills, both written and spoken\nKnowledge of the agriculture industry desirable, but not a must.Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
