Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. Experience with SQL, database and automation techniques (building custom dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables). Preferred qualifications: Experience as a strategic consultant or in finance, managing marketing strategy and investment decisions through business performance assessments. Proficiency in SQL and data analytics to measure marketing incrementality, define KPIs, and expand measurement coverage. Ability to package complex insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Strong track record in budget oversight, managing financial risks, and upgrading financial tools or systems to improve spend visibility and compliance.
