- With an All- Fresh Food Menu Showcasing Simple Seasonal Dishes, as Senior Sous Chef, youll support the Chef Proprietor in delivering a clean and contemporary menu with Innovative Twists that consistently wow guests! Without doubt, cooking must be your greatest passion with creativity at the heart of everything you do.
