What You’ll Do:
1. Lead, develop, and inspire the Conference & Events team to achieve outstanding results.
2. Maximise profitability across a multi-million-pound operation.
3. Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver business strategy.
4. Ensure flawless event execution — from setup to close — meeting client KPIs and service standards.
5. Collaborate with culinary, cellar, and operations teams to deliver premium experiences.
6. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, training, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
7. Minimum 3 years’ experience in conference & event management.
8. Proven ability to manage large-scale events and diverse teams.
9. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
10. Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
11. A proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence.
