Job Title: Java with Python Developer
Location: Sheffield, UK - Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)
Employment Type: FTE 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/Django).
Collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Must-Have Skills
Core Java & Python expertise.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure coding.
Linux scripting experience.
Nice-to-Have
DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube.
CI/CD automation and cloud platform experience.
Infrastructure automation (Terraform/Ansible).
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Database experience: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
