Support Analyst required by a professional services firm in the Romford area paying up to £35k, it is office based and you should be able to drive and have your own transport as you will be required to visit their other offices in the Essex area Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one IT support to all users across the firm. * Travel to various office locations in Essex a few times a week (mileage allowance will be provided). Required Skills and Experience: * Active Directory * Office 365 Admin skills * Familiarity with MDM (Intune preferred) * Experience assisting users with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) * A full driving license and your own transport are essential. * Strong communication skills and a passion for user interaction are a must.
