The Sales & Marketing team look after our customers and help them through one of the most important parts of their lives; finding and buying a new home. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, and sales and marketing are a key part in making that vision a reality. Our Sales & Marketing teams, both locally and nationally, work together to make sure we're showing people the perfect home for them. Roles include building and maintaining websites, running marketing campaigns, answering customer questions, guiding and supporting them through their purchase and personalisation, and ensuring their satisfaction post-sale.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver high standards of customer service to prospective and existing purchasers.
2. Provide expertise on house types, specifications, extras, and procedures.
3. Maximise sales through matching schemes and qualifying customers.
4. Maintain accurate paperwork, site administration, and timely reports.
5. Stay updated on legal requirements such as Consumer Protection, H&S, Data Protection, and Consumer Code.
6. Develop effective working relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
7. Maintain the CRM database (i-Sales) as directed.
8. Ensure show homes, completed products, and sales offices are well-presented, with adequate signage.
9. Contribute to PR and marketing proposals.
10. Conduct local market research and competitor analysis.
11. Attend ongoing training and development sessions.
12. Process credit/debit transactions in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Requirements
* Experience in a service environment such as retail, hospitality, banking, or housebuilding.
* Strong understanding of market and competitors.
* Excellent customer needs analysis and communication skills.
* Resilient, driven, and able to work under pressure.
* Adaptable to change and proactive in learning new skills and legislation.
* Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
