* Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

* Experience working with young people (e.g. as a TA, mentor, or volunteer)
* A degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for recent graduates)
